The Japanese Aero Engines Corp. is a consortium formed by three companies, with IHI participating with 60%, KHI with 25% and MHI (Mitsubishi) with 15%.
-JAEC also intervenes in the IAE (see) program for the V-2500, together with P-W (United Technologies), RR, MTU and Fiat.
-With RR they are in the RJ-500 engine program.
