SÄNGER - BREDT

(Germany)

This is the cooperation between Eugen Sänger and Irene Bredt. For years Irene Bredt was Eugen's main assistant and eventually they married.

They designed and constructed rocket engines, whose trials and tests were aimed at a type of bomber Shuttle. This project was done during the end of the war and of which life-size models were even found by the allies.
