Composite name by which several Clerget products were known since, as already mentioned, they were produced in the facilities of "Societé Malicet et Blin".

-The association of both took place around 1910 and they settled in Levallois-Perret, where they built the rotary and fixed engines with 60, 80, 110, 130 and 200 CV.

-In the advertisement we see the related name of both partners.

-The motors manufactured by Societé Malicat et Blin are known as Clerget-Blin.

-The 4-stroke 2K twin cylinder was also made there. It had a piston diameter of 85 mm and a 100 mm stroke.

-The compression ratio was 5 to 1. The 16 CV was given at 1.700 rpm.

-Other features were: one magneto, one intake and one exhaust valve per cylinder, ands a single spark plug. Weighing it all 22 Kg.

-But production began with the 60 CV, seven-cylinder rotary. Shortly thereafter the 7Z with 80 CV.

-The 9Z of 110 CV was installed in the Morane et Saulnier and in the Nieuport aircraft. The engine was from 1916.

-The 9B rotary was very worthy. It gave 130 CV, and was built in England by Gwynnes Ltd. and in France by Delaunay-Belleville, a builder of automobiles, as there were times of war.

-The 9-cylinder 9B gave 130/140 CV at 1,200 rpm. With a piston diameter of 120 mm and a stroke of 160 mm. It had a compression of 5.2 to 1.

-This engine had 2 magnetos and two spark plugs per cylinder, and a Tampier carburetor. The weight of the engine was 173 kg.

-The Clerget Blin 9B can be seen from the rear while in the main text it appears showed from the front. This is a rotary engine as well.

-With its 220 CV the 11EB was similar to the 11-EG and 11-G, that gave 265 CV at 1.400 rpm. In one of the showcases at the MAE we can admire the Clerget-Blin 7Y rotary that gave 60 CV at 1,200 rpm.

-Next to it is another 11-cylinder Clerget-Blin, the 11Eb model. Both engines are restored and look impeccable for their exhibition.
