Center for Maneuvering Engine Studies, primarily ionic, using electricity over Xenon.
-The known models are the TAL-WSF, the TAL-38, and the TAL-100. Some work is being done on behalf of NASA for joint projects. The TAL-WSF uses the HAL effect. From 4 to 12 mN.
“TAL-WSF”
-The TAL-38 has a thrust of 0.4 to 1 kW, and the TAL-100 has a thrust of 1.3 to 7.5 kW.
-Other lesser-known projects, such as the TAL-200 "HAL Effect," etc.
-The references given have their counterparts, which refer to export models. Thus, the TAL-100 is the D-100 Export.
From Appendix 9: See also NII. Known rocket engines: (Hall ion thrusters)

“TsNII Mash collaboration with Boeing/Rocketdyne”
-There is a collaboration and development project for an “Ionic Thruster” between this company and the American Boeing/Rocketdyne, an example of which we show here.
