Motor Sich is a JSC company highly integrated into ZMKB Progress currently. Since 1916 as the Deka factory, it has been constantly evolving, being considered one of the most important factories of turbojets in the world.

-They work very closely with the aforementioned ZMKB Progress and also with UMPO, Klimov Corp. and with China and the Czech Republic.
-They build both air and ground equipment.
-The AI-9-3B is an APU auxiliary equipment designed for the An-140, and it is also mounted on other aircraft and helicopters.

-It provides starting autonomy of the main propulsion engines and air conditioning for the passenger cabin together with electric power up to 16 kW, at least up to 6,000 meters of altitude.

The AI-450 gives a take-off power of 465 to 550 CV depending on the version.
-The AI-222 is a turbojet for the Yak-130. The gas generator that is used by the AI-22 is the basis for the AI-222.

-The AI-25 is a by-pass turbojet. See Ivchencko.
-The D-18T is a large turbofan that is mounted on the Ruslan and Mriya airplanes, the largest aircraft of the moment.
-The D-27 turboprop with contra-rotating propellers is installed on the An-70.

-For helicopters, the D-36 or the very powerful D-136, the biggest and most powerful of the moment too, is manufactured by Motor Sich, as well as the D-436.

-The TP version of the D-436 is intended for the Be-200 amphibian for multiple missions.
-It is a by-pass turbofan that meets ICAO standards for emissions and noise levels.
-The well-known TV3-117, is made together with the Klimov Plant. The new VK-1500 engines are based on this engine.

-From the collaboration with Klimov developing the TV3-117VMA comes the VK-2500 capable of delivering 2,400 CV at takeoff and 2,700 CV in emergency.
-It is interchangeable with the one mentioned above to be able to replace it on helicopters that are still in service.

-At the terminals of its generator 60 kW is obtained.
-This auxiliary group has been used to start the AI-20 and AI-24 main engines.
-The AI-9 is the head of an important range of auxiliary groups for airplanes such as the Yak-40 and a long series of Kamov helicopters.

-The AI-9-3B is mentioned and shown in the main text. This is an APU that supplies 16 kW plus air flow at pressure and temperature for cabin conditioning.
-The AI-9Vs are also auxiliary turbines that can be used both on the ground and in flight like the previous ones in its series, although these have supplying compressed air for starting as their main task.

-This compressed air is supplied with the engine rotating at 36,750 rpm of nominal maximum speed.
-Now we can also provide an illustration of the AI-24-UBE, an auxiliary group that supplies electrical energy and compressed air. But its main characteristic is that the electricity supply reached 480 kW, necessary for the large Russian AWACS-type aircraft that are loaded with radars and electronic means.

-Now another Sich Motor has appeared and with the new initials of MS.
-It is the small MS-400 with a thrust of 400 Kgf.
-The thrust is obtained with a diameter of 320 mm and a length of 1,100 mm. It weighs 85 Kg.

-In 2010, the Ukrainian Motor Sich presented the EM-500 engine for light helicopters. With powers between 600 and 1,000 CV.
