By 1935, engineer H. Lafleur, who worked at Caffort, manufactured a 70 hp engine with two horizontally opposed cylinders.
-It was extremely surrounded by cooling fins, even on the crankcase.
-Being a four-stroke engine, it applies principles of 2-stroke to supercharge the engine with the pressure created inside the crankcase.

-With this incipient supercharging, it maintained its power up to 4,000 meters of altitude.
-That is said, but getting 70 CV with two cylinders seems exaggerated.
