This design office appeared in 1969 and is located in the city of Omsk, Siberia.

-Previously Glushenkov had designed the military GTD-3 engine, a turboshaft that delivered 900 CV, and was used on the Kamov Ka-25 helicopters among others. This engine has a lot to do with the TVD-10, its civil turboshaft version, but there was also a turboprop version, seen on the Beriev Be-30 and An-28.

“TVD-10”

-The TVD-10 has a power of 950 CV to the shaft evolving to 1000 CV.

-For example, the TVD-10B models (on the Polish An-28) give 960 CV equal to the TVD-10V, made in Poland by WSK-PZL and there they are known as PZL-10S or
PZL-10W.

-The TVD-20 is more powerful, about 1500 CV to the shaft. They were installed on the An-3 aircraft.

-It has a new gas generator and reduction gear with a higher reduction ratio for a multi-blade propeller.

-It has inverted flow, the exhaust is produced at the same side as the power output, so generally it has the same general design as the TVD-10.

-The TVD-1500 turboprop that delivered 1500 CV of power to the shaft, also had reverse flow.

-It has a turboshaft version, the TVD-155 that delivers 1300 CV. We can see its architecture in the attached diagram.

From Appendix 9: It is OMKB from Omsk. We can show some new images. The first one is that of the GTD-3M in a cutaway photograph, in which we can see the mixed axial-centrifugal compressor and an annular Turbomeca combustion chamber.

-The GTD-3TU has a totally different architecture with a single centrifugal compressor and centripetal turbine like automotive turbochargers.

-The combustion chamber has inverse flow and of rather regular to greater size.
