Detail of the electric motor
“Detail of the electric motor”

-The mast that supports the electric motor at the top is made of carbon fiber, that is, strong and light.

-We can see the power cables at the front of the motor.

-We also see that the propeller has fixed pitch and does not appear to be retractable. We know that this is a prototype for tests.

-The new engine for continuous running has been made public. The outer body of this engine rotates. It is provided with fins at the front to force cooling air. It delivers 30 kW at 1,600 rpm.

-As is logical, Taurus Electro has also started using hydrogen-based “fuel cells”. The main process takes place in batteries that use membranes in which fuel is applied to one and air to the other (see Boeing tests).

Formula de energía con hidrógeno

-The result is electric energy and water vapor. The University of Stuttgart has chosen this project as the platform for its tests.
