The Soverini brothers (et Cie) were the ones who actually developed the engine of its designer Echard (see). For this reason they were known as Soverini-Echard engines.

-The 4D model was the version with direct transmission to the propeller and the 4DR with a reduction gear. It gave between 35 and 43 CV.
