SAME is an Italian tractor factory headed by Eng. Cassani. In reality they were prototypes for naval and aeronautical use. All engines for this destination were of the revolver or barrel type.

-The first one was a diesel engine that was built by the Oto Melara shipyards in La Spezia. (see Oto Melara).

-He also made other engines like the B8/110, first an image of a prototype and then the final one.

-The cylinders of revolver type engines are placed axial to the power shaft. On the shaft there is an inclined disc that rotates by the force of the piston strokes.

-The B16 could be a double B8.

-And also from Cassani is the PLA500-BFA. Some plans have been obtained.
