Rotron manufactures engines used in ParaJet powered paragliders. See Parajet for Volution paraglider models with Parajet engines.

-But for Parajet's Cyclone model paragliders, the Rotron Wankel-type engines appear.

Rotron 160 cc (pusher)
“Rotron 160 cc (pusher)”

-The Rotron 160 cc gives 25 HP at 9,600 rpm and it weighs 16.9 kg. It is a liquid cooled engine with a coolant weight of 1 kg. Equivalent thrust of 72 Kg with a 122 cm propeller. diameter.

-The second Rotron model is the 294 cc (pusher as well) with a similar architecture but giving 40 HP at 7,800 rpm.

From Appendix 9: The production of this brand, also known as Rotron Aero, of small engines for UAVs for military and civil use continues.

-The installation can be done as a Puller or Pusher.

-The new 200efi and 300efi models are similar, with the latter having a larger size, with the same appearance, like the 300rpc.

-Although there are similarities, there are differences, for example the letters “rpc” indicate “Rotron pressurized cooling”.

-“Efi” refers to the standard “fuel injection” system.

From Appendix 10: Rotron low power rotary piston engines (Wankel type) for unmanned vehicle UAV, etc.

-The NWUAW adapts and uses them. Singularly the 300LCR and HFE and the 600LCR and HFE models.

-HFE indicates “Heavy Fuel Engine” engine.

From Appendix 12: Some new models of this brand that have appeared. The RT-172tde is a classic piston.

-"Tde" is short-live, 10-50 Hrs, for target aircraft, etc.
