Rotoblock designed a toroidal motor with oscillating pistons that drive connecting rods attached to each of the concentric axes of the two groups of pistons.

-In the center, the body that contains the oscillating pistons. In reality they are as we see below.

-The two connecting rods oscillate on the small lower crankshaft as we can see in the following illustration.
-According to the tests, when the pistons act in opposite directions to each other, they do not produce vibrations, as their movements counteract each other.
