The Raven Redrives company of Boulder, Colorado, adapts automotive engines for use in homebuilts, ULMs and VLAs.
-It especially uses Suzuki engines, the horizontally-opposed ones and the Geo-Metro and Geo-Tracker.
“Raven Redrive 1000-ULX-T”
-The chosen engines are the 1 liter 1.3 Geo-Metro and the 1.6 Geo-Tracker, all from Suzuki. Note: A Geo-Metro vehicle is manufactured by Chevrolet without us discussing the possible connection, now.
-The Raven 1000ULX-T engine shown above, is available with various attachments, for example it delivers 58 HP if it uses a carburetor and 62 HP if it uses an injection system. It can carry turbo (shown) and various gear ratios.
“Raven Redrives 1000UL”
-The 1000UL delivers 62 HP (injection).
“Model 1000-ULS”
-We see the 1000ULS lowered on one side and with two water radiators forming a set. It gives 58 hp (carburetor).
-The S for is Supercharger. It requires some kits to collect the oil in this position and a separate sump. It has a direct outlet for the propeller.
“1000-ULRS”
-The 1000ULRS gives 62 HP, weighing 130 lbs.
-We continue with the 1000RS, delivering 62 HP too. It has Tensalloy toothed-belt reduction gear.
“1000-RS”
-The same engine in RSX version reaches 80 HP with turbocharger system.

-Finally, the 1300SV, a horizontal four-cylinder, displacing 1,300 cc (1.3 lts).
-The shown version is the 1300SVS with 90 HP giving 115 hp with turbocharger.
-It also has an integral or "dry" oil tank with kits for this purpose.

From Appendix A1/6: New adaptations of Suzuki engines appear, such as the 1300 cc Geoetro in a 90 HP almost vertical version, being renamed 1300SV.

-The 1300SVS is the same horizontally folded engine with the same power. It's called "Sidewinder" colloquially.
From Appendix 10: The 115 HP Honda 1500 XV engine is also adapted for aviation by this brand.
