Around 1924 Prüssing-Stenersen made a two-stroke, horizontally-opposed, two-cylinder engine.
-In the photo of this engine we see that the intake and exhaust outlet on the cylinders certainly betray its two-stroke cycle.

-The pistons had 72 mm of stroke by 72 mm of bore and the power was 9-10 hp at 1,800 and 2,000 rpm, respectively.
From Appendix 10: At the MAE we obtained a more detailed photograph of the two-stroke, 10/12 CV, two-cylinder boxer that weighed only 20 kg.

-Although the brand is Prüssing-Stenersen, the manufacturer was another company. Zürn & Glinike GmbH from Berlin was commissioned for the construction.
“Detailed left-side view”
-It had single ignition and the magneto is fully accessible, as well as the Pallas or Adria carburetor.
-The prototype was made in 1924. Interestingly, the pistons were made at Elektron by Helmuth Hith, a manufacturer of engines as well.
-The 12 CV were delivered at 1,800 rpm. For this, a Reschke propeller with a diameter of 1.35 m was proposed.
