P2M is the acronym for “Pure Power fm MARO”. They build diesel engines and diesel hybrids.

-Attention: "Maro" can be "Marotta" see this chapter since it is also identified as P2M. The diesel engine would then be a PSA (Peugeot-Citroën).

-The P2M, JPE-01 is a 4-cylinder, 1,540 cc, Diesel engine.

-It gives 150 hp of power at 3,650 rpm and 136 hp at 3,000 rpm of continuous power.

-The JPE-02H is a hybrid engine. It uses the same 1,540 hp engine with Turbo and 230 hp at 3,700 rpm.

-The JPE-02H was a diesel hybrid + electric motor, the latter manufactured in Slovenia. The two ran together, not separately.

-The JPE-3 has the engine somewhat inclined, possibly a Mercedes 1910 cc, Turbo and with multi-fuel capacity for Diesel auto, military JP-4, or civil JetA-1. giving 190 hp at 4,500 rpm.

“JPE-3”

-The JP-4 is once again a hybrid (Diesel + electric), running together. Common-rail and turbo.

-Maximum power is 300 HP at 4,300 rpm.

-The maximum continuous (3 minutes) is 250 HP at 3,700 rpm.

-The dry weight (only with the addition of the 12V/8Ah alternator) is 180 Kg. And the coolant is 70% Ethyl-Glycol and 30% water.
