It is Normalair-Garrett, which was jointly owned by Westland Helicopters and Garrett. (see NGL)

-Normalair manufactured engines for low-power target aircraft.

-All these engines had two horizontally-opposed cylinders and were based on those made by Weslake Aeromarine Engine. (see)

-It offered the 7, 10 and 18 HP for example, the latter at 6,000 rpm.

-It was planned to offer 4, 6 and 8 cylinder engines.

-These would be based on the 342 cc that gave 26-30 HP.
