It is the National Gas Turbine Establishment, under the Ministry of Supply (MoS). In the early 1950's they designed missiles like the RJTV-27, a ground-to-air missile with launching aided by eight solid-fuel boosters.

-The previous NGTE RJTV-25 model had similar general lines of the one shown above.
-In both cases, NGTE products were manufactured at Napier & Sons Ltd.
-RJTV stands for “Ram Jet Test Vehicle”.
-The RJTV-21 was of the same architecture.
“RJTV-25”
-This interesting missile is insisted on because it has a large ramjet with a central wing-shaped “island” that contains all the necessary equipment.
-The second half is the engine itself, with its burner, etc. The eight boosters for take-off seem somewhat more than normal.
