Jet RPM is a manufacturer of small turbojet engines for power gliders. They are also designed for PRV and UAV.

-A first product was the Jet-rpm 2000AP with a small diameter of 130 mm in total that was clearly insufficient to take performances and its result was not transcendental.

“Jet-rpm 2000AP”

-Therefore the following two models were made, which are already offered with higher powers, relatively speaking.

“Jet-rpm 8000 APS”

-The new and currently offered models are the Jet-rpm 4000AP and the Jet-rpm 8000APS.

-The Jet-rpm 4000AP measures 160 mm in diameter and 480 mm in length. It weighs 5000 gr. and its power is 360 N (36 Kgf) when it rotates at 94,000 rpm. The idle is at 30,000 rpm.

-The Jet-rpm 8000APS measures 200 mm in diameter and 480 mm in length. It weighs 8000 grs. and its power is 820N (82Kgf) when it rotates at 75,000 rpm. The idle is at 20,000 rpm.

-For both engines the used fuel is the normal A-1 Jet of the major turbines. The greasing is, however, a mixture of kesorene with 4% of Aeroshell 500.

From Appendix 11: We have found new engines of this brand, which are mentioned on their website.

-The 5000APS turbojet that delivers 45 kgf maximum at 90,000 rpm, and with an idle speed of 35,000. It has a diameter of 180 mm.

-From the latter they are developing a turboprop engine that will give 130-150 hp.

They are also developing the 3000APS turbojet. This engine has a diameter of 290 mm and 350 kgf of thrust.
