When Groupe “0” was temporarily based at the Voisin Establishment, it was known as "Groupe Tecnique Voisin", or GTV. It was fully integrated into the ATAR production (from Oestrich and his team). The entire group would go to Snecma (see) in 1950.

-In addition to the ATAR development, it also made a study of the 501 starter that gave 25 CV at 2,000 rpm (1947) with 2 cylinders, 2-stroke cycle, fan and gearbox. It was a replacement of the German Riedel.
