New engine designed to occupy a position between the engines of better performance, lower consumption etc. This is announced by its inventors. It is also said that its use can be useful for automotive, aeronautics, etc. This new engine is known as OPOC.

-Each power section consists of a cylinder with two opposed pistons (left side of the figures).

-The combustion chamber is at the level of the fins, in the center of the cylinder.

-The outer piston is driven by a connecting rod, a piston-slider and a link that connects to the piston.

-On the opposite side of the crankshaft there is another piston of a large diameter that acts as a compressor to perform a sweeping and filling of the cylinder as complete as possible.

-In fact, if we analyze the concept, it is the same as, or similar to the Junkers Jumo 205, 207 engines with opposed cylinders in WWII. This system is also used by CLM, Peugeot and others.
