Doutart-Atelier Nationale performs Citroën engine conversions from the Visa car model with the variant of using aluminum cylinders.
-They are known as Chevron (Francia) and considered as super silent. They usually give 35 CV in a car but reaching 56 CV, after the improvements.
-The camshaft, sleeves and pistons are also replaced to reach 750 cc (instead of 652 cc).
-The valves have a larger diameter, the oil radiator has more capacity.
-The Bing carburetors are individual for each cylinder.
-They hava a centrifugal clutch, and the reduction system is offered in two types, gear or PolyV belts.

-The 56 HP version is for the naturally aspired engine.
-The supercharged version with turbo reaches 75 CV, maintaining the power at higher altitude.
-All versions have an electric starter.
-In fact the offered powers were 42, 48, 56, 60 and the above mentioned engine with turbocharger giving 75 CV.
