Belonging during a period to INI (National Institute of Industry), it had an Engine Division (after absorbing ENMASA) and was mainly devoted to overhaul and maintenance of engines for the Spanish armed forces, such as Marboré, Atar 9C and 9K50 , J-79, J-85, TFE-731, TPE-331, CF-700, T-53, PT-6, Allison-250, etc. All these were turbines: turboshafts, turbojets, turbofans, and turboprops.
