“Agencie General des Moteurs Ava” sold AVA engines built by Thibault et Aubry (1935) in collaboration with engineer Violet.
"Anuncio en prensa"
-They had three engines:
-The 4-cylinder 4-A.00 was a two-stroke engine that gave 25/30 CV with a displacement of 1077 cc. It gave 25 CV at 2300 rpm.
-The H4 model that gave 30 CV.
-The 4-A.02 was from 1936 and delivered 35/40 CV with a ten millimeters larger piston diameter.
-Below we see a picture of the 4-A.00, a horizontally opposed, four-cylinder, air-cooled engine.
"AVA 4-A.00"
-They had a rotary admission valve with two inlets at the bottom of the block, and just below it, was the carburetor.

-Building permits are acquired from Max Holste in France and AB Gibbons in England.
-Three new views for the AVA horizontally opposed, four-cylinder engine. It was built in 1935 by L'Agence General Moteurs AVA, Paris.
“AVA Type 4A”
-The 4A-00 was a two-stroke that gave 28 CV at 2800 rpm.
-The 4A-02 had a little more displacement and gave 35 CV.
-There was a project of a four-cylinder, two-stroke V engine that was evolving by 1937. We are looking for more information.
