-A rotary engine with a fixed external body from the Austrian Sklenar (Ignacz Sklenar) and the Frenchman Mawen.
"Aberg Rotary engine"
-The nine-cylinder group rotates inside the outer body. The cylinders are open at the head, coupled to the different intake ports, exhaust ports and fuel injectors.
"Cylinder group"
-We can see the openings at the cylinder heads to coincide with the ports. The most important parts of this engine as packing, crankshaft and reduction gear were based on Bristol parts.
-In the 60's this engine was exhibited at the Malmö Techinal Museum where it arrived as a gift from Nohab Flygmotorfabriken, who had received it from its constructor Paul Aberg.
-It had a displacement of 1344 cubic inches and gave 800 CV at 2200 rpm.
