The British Vulpine Engine Co. was the successor to the British Anzani Engine Co. Ltd.

Based in Willesden, London, it manufactured the 1100 cc, two-cylinder V-shaped engine that produced 33 hp at 3,000 rpm. The cylinders formed a 57° V.

It had four valves per cylinder, it could operate with the V upright or inverted.
