- It modified the small Teledyne industrial engine with military reference 4A032-4. It had four horizontally-opposed cylinders.

- It was presented at the AirVenture Exhibition. According to David Vogel, its adapter, with a slightly larger carburetor, this engine could reach 30 HP at almost 5,000 rpm.
