"Turgan-engined airplane" (PiP)
-The curious story of the Sindicat de l'Aeronautique, which was the union of small manufacturers such as Girardot, Maas, Turgan, de Vogue, and Loisel. They built the motorized Archdeacon glider with a 16 hp Turgan engine with two opposed cylinders (flat-twin).
-The union would eventually be absorbed by the Astra company.
