The engines manufactured by Tornado Motors Corp. were built on Long Island, near New York.
- Unusually, they ran on a two-stroke cycle and, although they had three working cylinders, they had three additional cylinders interspersed between them to compress the mixture and introduce it into the main cylinders under pressure to improve scavenging and filling.
- These engines were built around 1931, the first—and only—known engine of the brand was the Model 3-C, presented below.
