This is the Swedish Space Corporation, also known as Rymdbolaget. It has experience in building rockets and related equipment. Lately it has been making ion engines through the following daughter companies, ECAPS and Nanospace.

-ECAPS motors are 100mN thrusters, 1N, 5N, 22N, 50N, 200N and 220N (Newtons). They are called NPGP or High Performance Green Propulsion.
