Sonex Aircraft LLC is the manufacturer of the Sonex experimental aircraft but it is also the one that has converted the Volkswagen engine as the Aero Vee 2.0 through its Aero Conversions Inc. division (see). This engine has a displacement of 2,180 cc and delivers 80 HP.
