The “Soc. An. e Nagliati”, from Milan, built under license from Isotta Fraschini the V5 engine that gave 220/230 HP at 1,300 rpm with eight upright in-line cylinders.

-The V5 had been designed by Giustino Cattaneo.

-At the Museum of Science and Technology in Terrassa, in its warehouse, a V5 from the SA e Nagliatti company is being restored. Its plate clearly indicates that it was manufactured under license from Issotta Fraschini.

-At the Turin Polytechnic Museum there is another SAN V5.

-The V5 draws attention for its eight cylinders, two by two, and the length of the entire engine.
