The Societá Aeronautica Italiana -Motore SAI Babel, exhibited an engine at the International Air Show in 1937, within the Milan Trade Fair.

-The Babel engine gave 80-100 HP. The author is trying to discover its operating system, since no clues emerge from its architecture.

-Even thinking about those of its contemporaneity.

-Maybe it is a revolver-type engine. The thing is that there are no cylinders or cylinder heads.

-Or they are very small in size.

-This is evident in the below photograph in which the type of engine is difficult to guess.

-Below and behind the carburetor and above the magneto. The rest does not offer the slightest clue.
