The almost unknown Ryan-Siemens 9 (under license from Siemens-Halske) was installed on the Bach Air Yatch. It was made by Ryan Aeronautical Corp. of San Diego, CA.

From Appendix 6: The Model A-7 engines, those of 97, 100 and 105 HP, based on the Siemens & Halske Sh-14, are known from this old brand (Circa 1928).

-One called Yankee-Siemens of 105 HP (Sh-14) is possibly the Ryan Siemens or the Americanized German engine.

-There was also the 125 HP based on the Sh-13. One of them installed on the Van Valkenberg Phelps. Year 1927.

-And there was the 5-cylinder Siemens.
