In 1936, the Ruby engine built by the Societé Auxiliaire Standard was presented. It had four upright cylinders and gave 35 HP.

-This is a small Ruby car engine, adapted for aviation.

-This engine was air cooled, and had a Saga magneto and a Solex carburetor. The 35 HP was given at 3,500 rpm. It had a 2 to 1 reduction.
