Charles R. Rhoades.

Ted Nelson was engine builder and he also built the Dragonfly glider which he powered with one of his engines, improving it with retractable gear, retractable engine, etc.

-Charles Rhoades acquired this glider and also the rights to build the Nelson engines.

-He made two engines, based on the H-63. They were four-cylinder horizontally opposed and air-cooled.

-The H-63C was mounted vertically (light helicopters), with direct transmision giving 43 HP at 4,000 rpm at sea level

-The H-63CP was mounted horizontally on aircraft and RPVs. It gave 48 HP at takeoff at 4,400 rpm at sea level.
