A new turbine native to that country -it is proclaimed to be the first- was designed around 1999 for Avribas “Matador” UAV aircraft.

-It is the TJ-1000 model with 70 Kgf of thrust.

-The Polaris company with the collaboration of the Brazilian Air Force and ITA, has built small axial compressor turbojets for drones and UAVs.

-The TJ-200 is the least powerful, with 200 lbf of thrust, axial compressor and perhaps the beginning of the series with this architecture.

-The TJ-1000, with 1,000 lbf of thrust, weighs 67 Kg and is the one that powers the Avibras AV/TM-300, a small cruise missile.
