The Pierre Mengin de Montargis Establishments resumed the manufacture of René Poinsard's engines.
“Poinsard-Mengin 2C”
-In 1935, a third model was added, based on the same cylinders, but curiously both the carburetor and the intake ducts were in the front crankcase of this 3-cylinder engine.
-These intake ducts came out of that front crankcase towards the cylinder heads, giving them a unique appearance.
-This three-cylinder radial engine was known as the 3X model.
“Poinsard-Mengin 3X”
-The cam plate and valve control rods went through the rear of the engine. It gave 40 CV of power.
