In Detroit Arthur J Paige made an experimental rotary engine with a fixed outer body.
-From the description it seems that it works like the Sklenar (see) but what confuses is that it is said it can use two or six-stoke principles.
-We observe three outer spark plugs at the rear, fed by a single magneto.

-It seems that the designer was Arthur J. Paige and that the engine was built in 1915.
