It is a low cost orbital launch vehicle from the early 1970's.

-The project was started by order of the German Ministry of Science and Technology to the company of Lutz Kayser, winner of the contract. The project ended around 1985 under pressure from the German government by the Soviets and French.

-The vehicle itself is a "cluster" of 4 rockets with 2,750 Kgf liquid fuel engines.

-The fuel tanks are pressurized.

-The fuels were Kerosene and N2O4 mixed with NHO2 as oxidants.
