-Nuffield Mechanizations Ltd together with Wolseley Aero Engines Ltd (year 1935). In 1952 only Wolseley remains. The Morris-designed engines were made by Wolseley.

-The shown engine appeared in a museum in Australia. We see a large "dampener" in the power output indicating that it was not intended for aviation.

-From Nuffield we have a horizontally-opposed 4-cylinder engine, similar in size to the Lycoming O-235, giving 100 HP at 2,600 rpm. It was built between 1946 and 1948.

From Appendix 5: At the end of 1946 the Nuffield Organization presented a motor that was built by their Engine Branch.

-It was a horizontally-opposed 4-cylinder engine with 3.82 liters of total displacement giving 70 HP at 2,300 rpm.
