Giuseppe Nosari was an Italian aviation pioneer. He made his own plane for the flights he made. As for the engine, it may be that the one in the illustration is an original one built by him as well.
-The author does not identify it, although due to its architecture it may be an Anzani 4V of 56 CV at 2400 rpm that is mentioned in the text of this publication A-Z.
-A faint inscription molded in cast iron is guessed although illegible on the crankshaft block. The magneto and especially the fan take apart other conjectures.
