Elman B. Myers designed an unusual shaped pulse jet in 1946.

It does not seem like a serious schematic because the intake is very large.

-The front chamber is not for combustion but for mixing and the explosions occur in the duct and at the end of which are the initiation spark plugs.

-The result and operation is still a matter of speculation today.
