MW Kellog was a manufacturer of liquid fuel rocket engines in the late 1940's. They made the XLR31-K-1.

-Curiously, in the found documentation -outdated- the YLR47K1 still appears as with “Confidential Data”. Inside the factory it had the SPD-649-1 specification. It was used as a RATO on the B-47C bomber.
