The Le Gaucier "Anphibius Flying Boat" from 1909 was the invention of a French student in Chicago, so it is not surprising that he named it "Napoleon". This was in the year 1913.

-The motorization was of four steam turbines driving the same amount of propellers. Each turbine delivered 250 HP.
-He had the intention of crossing the Atlantic and it was tested on Lake Michigan.
