Laxtonia Engineering was a carmaker, during the First World War it made a V12 aviation engine designed from ABC.

-ABC's chief designer at the time, which was the All British (Engine) Co., was named Walter Lawson Adams.

-Subsequently, with this experience, Laxtonia made a V12 automobile engine in 1920.
