The Kessler Motor Co. of Detroit, Michigan, made a couple of engines for the American armed forces, such as the 200 HP in the year 1917.
-It had six water-cooled cylinders in line and gave its power at 2,400 rpm with a displacement of 531 cu.in. It was supercharged and geared.

-Later there was an experimental "six-valve" engine known as the 6C-400.
-This engine was from 1918. It gave 400 hp with 855 cu. in. of displacement.
