An English engineer - surely without any connection with the previous Jameson Aero Engines - designed engines for racing cars using mechanical cunning that led to consider their engines as "bizarre" machines.
“M. Jameson's engine”
-The shown engine appeared in the aeronautical magazine "Les Ailes", for its intention to be used in aviation. It was a four-stroke engine with supercharger.
-Its main rarity was the type of valves and their movement. They were sliding plates on both sides of the engine, driven by connecting rods and small crankshafts that acted as cam shafts.
