The Iranian aeronautical industry organization has the TEM or Turbine Engine Manufacturing, in Tehran where a small turbojet engine with a thrust of 830 lbf has been built, the "Tolloue 4". And the "Tolloue 5" of 3.7 kN.

From Appendix 6: Known as AIO and as TEM (Turbine Engine Manufacturing) (see). It builds engines for its Russian and Ukrainian airplanes and that require renewal, like the TV-117 turbohélices.

-In 1999, it presented a small engine for cruise and anti-ship missiles, the Tolloue 4 and currently it has the Tolloue 5.

-These engines are used on the C-802/Noor anti-ship missile and also on UAV/drones. It delivers 3.7 kN of thrust at 29,500 rpm.

-Iran continues to develop major engines. We will keep an eye on that.
