Hawker DeHavilland Victoria Ltd. was known before 1986 as the Commonwealth Aircraft Co. (see CAC for previous history). They have built Viper engines under Rolls-Royce license. And under Snecma license they built the Atar. The also made GE components and parts for the CF-6, CFM-56 and F-404.
