The Grangecote Engineering Ltd. of Grighton, adapts a BMW motorcycle engine.

-It uses the R-100 4-stroke engine with two horizontally-opposed cylinders. The engine has a displacement of 979 cc, double electronic ignition and mechanical gear, with the possibility of four different reductions.

-These reductions were from 2.62 to 1, from 3 to 1, from 3.47 to 1 and from 4 to 1. It gives 84 HP at 5,500 rpm.
